Terms and Conditions for Equibrah

Equibrah is a software service operated by Freelo Collective LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Equibrah, including the Equibrah Chrome Extension and our website at https://www.equibrah.com. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Equibrah. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Equibrah operates on a subscription model. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or handle your payment details directly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will end immediately.

4. Free Trial Policy

Equibrah may offer free trial periods to new users. Free trials are limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or other means to obtain additional free trials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to detect and prevent free trial abuse. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may terminate your account(s), revoke access to the service, and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided by Equibrah—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Freelo Collective LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our software without explicit permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Equibrah for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or entity

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Equibrah at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or otherwise creating risk or legal exposure for us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Equibrah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelo Collective LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Equibrah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes go into effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
